We’re Luton Council. And our people are remarkable.

We move as one team. We’re champions of fresh thinking, and aren’t afraid of a challenge.

We listen to our people – a good idea can come from anywhere, or anyone. So here, you’ll have a voice. One that makes positive change happen and together, we’ll realise the remarkable, every day.

We’re future-focused. We work together to make Luton a vibrant, ambitious, innovative place to live and work. To grow connected communities, and transform lives for the better.

We’re proud to make Luton a borough without boundaries. It means every single person works hard to achieve remarkable things. That’s quite something. So we count ourselves lucky to have such dedicated and like-minded teams. Whose bright ideas are not only valued. They’re vital!
